Integrating WordAssistant with your WordPress blog can significantly enhance your content creation process. To achieve this integration smoothly, the first step is to obtain an Application Password from your WordPress account.

WordPress Application Passwords allow secure API access to your blog, enabling WordAssistant to post content directly. Here's how to get started:

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

2. Navigate to "Users" > "Your Profile".

3. Scroll down to the "Application Passwords" section.

4. Generate a new application password by entering a name for the application (e.g., WordAssistant) and clicking "Add New Application Password".

Adding your Application Password in your WordAssistant app

Once you have your application password, go to WordAssistant settings and complete the integratin.

1. Enter your full URL. It should be where your WordPress blog is installed. (https://yourwebsite.com OR https://yourwebsite.com/blog)

2. Enter your WordPress username. This is the username you use to login your WordPress app.

3. Enter your 16 digits application password generated by WordPress. This is NOT the password you use to login your website.

4. Save and switch to application.
